Eliot Spitzer is the 58th and former governor of New York state. He has endorsed New York Senator Hillary Clinton.

Update, 3/10/08: Governor Spitzer has been linked to a high-priced prostitution ring, which many believe may lead to his resignation. Should he resign, he will lose his superdelegate status.

Update, 3/12/08: Governor Spitzer resigned, meaning that he is no longer a superdelegate.
